What is a Triathlon?
A Triathlon consists of swimming, biking and running all in one race. Races are typically divided into age groups. Typical distances for races in the Youth Triathlon Series are listed in the chart below:

Youth Triathlon Series Goals:
  • Broadly promote the sport of Triathlons to Youth around the country.
  • Foster and create a series of races that promotes participation from all abilities and skill levels.
  • Through our partnership with www.youthtryfitness.com, we hope to reach out to kids in every community to improve their overall fitness and endurance through our training programs.
  • To help promote confidence.
