Race Format:	Ages 6 & Under .25 mile run, .75 mile bike (no swim) Age 7-8 50 meter swim, 1 mile bike, .75 mile run Ages 9-10 100 meter swim, 2 mile bike, .75 mile run Ages 11-14 200 meter swim, 3 mile bike, 1 mile run
	Detailed course maps will be included in the race information packet. The Swim will be at the Cardinal Pool The Bike and run courses will be in the Cardinal neighborhood.
